A Chance to Serve: As we enjoy the sounds of children in our church service. Our young mother’s have asked for nursery service so that they can receive the blessing of worshiping with our church family. This is a need that has arisen among us that we have been asked to meet. On the table on the North side of the basement when you first enter is a signup sheet for Nursery. We need TWO volunteers a week. Parents are asked to keep children in the service until either special music or the hymn before our confession of faith. This is a way we can be the gospel to our young moms worshiping with us.

A Message From Richard Heyes: I would like to thank our church family for all your prayers and many other acts of kindness during my recent service and special thanks to Pastor Jonathan for his prayers and visits it was all appreciated so much! – Richard Heyes

Pastoral Thought: Did you Know, In Church History Advent and Christmas are two separate seasons? Advent marks a season of anticipation for the coming of Christ, both as a baby in history and as a conquering King and Judge in the future. Advent runs from the first Sunday of December to December 24th and Christmas from December 25-January 5, ending with the coming of the Magi on Epiphany Sunday. We still sin Christmas songs during Advent, but we do so as a reminder of what we are anticipating. The coming of our savior as a Baby into this world, as one of us, to save us from our sins.
